We want you to have the right manual and to be able to use it. This policy explains when we refund and how to ask.
Digital products
Everything we sell is a digital download, delivered immediately after payment. Because the file is available to you at once, purchases are generally final — but we would far rather fix a problem than leave you out of pocket, and the cases below are always refunded.
When we refund
- The download does not work and we cannot fix it. Contact us first — expired or failed links are reissued free, and that solves almost every case.
- The file is corrupt or unreadable and we cannot supply a working replacement.
- The manual does not cover what the product page said it covers — for example the model years, engine or transmission listed. We describe every manual from the file itself, so this should not happen; if it does, it is our error and you get your money back.
- Duplicate or accidental purchase, where the file has not been downloaded.
When we cannot refund
- You bought the wrong manual for your vehicle and it has already been downloaded. Check the model years listed on the product page before buying — and if you are unsure which one fits, ask us first and we will tell you.
- You have changed your mind after downloading the file.
- The documentation is complete and accurate but you would have preferred different content, layout, or additional material that was not described on the product page.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order number and what went wrong. We aim to respond within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, and your payment provider may take a few days to post it.
Before you buy — the easiest way to avoid a problem
Every product page lists the exact model years, engines and transmissions the manual documents. If your vehicle is not listed, it is not the right manual. When in doubt, email us with your year, model and engine and we will point you to the correct one, or tell you honestly if we do not have it.
